Property Readiness: Properties must be clean, staged, and fully prepared for media capture prior to arrival. All utilities (lights, power) must be fully functional. BReelVisuals reserves the right of refusal on-site for unready environments.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted via HDPhotoHub at least 24 hours prior to the shoot. Late modifications are subject to a flat $50.00 fee.

Delivery Turnaround: Standard media processing delivery takes place via a secure HDPhotoHub download link sent within 24 to 48 hours following the conclusion of the shoot.

Weather & Absences: In the event of severe weather, a different shooting date will be rescheduled at no cost.

Licensing: All media is copyright of BReelVisuals and licensed to the signing agent strictly for marketing the active residential listing. Media cannot be distributed or resold to third parties.
